Scale Up Sprint Workshop

Objective

A second half day executive work shop building on the Kick Start workshop to review progress on the implementation of the action plan and take a deep dive into development priorities using the full Total Innovation 360 survey. For example – explore leaderships roles and responsibilities and test alignment of the Innovation Strategic Intent with business strategy.  

 The Results

A detailed performance development action plan is created. Supported by a written report of findings, conclusions, and recommendations that sets out the specific short-term actions for implementing the priority improvements.

Full Day Workshop 

• • • • Building on the results of the Kick Start workshop, we conduct a more comprehensive set of deep-dive executive surveys. This detailed benchmarking survey covers 2 of the 12 essential innovation practices, processes, and resources.
      • The survey results are reviewed through customised analytics dashboards to investigate the organisation’s performance scores.
      • These scores can be cross-matched and compared by innovation category, by function, by department, and by individual to identify conflicting views and hot spots for further investigation.
      • A prioritised performance development action plan is agreed created.
      • Post-Workshop, a detailed findings, conclusions, and recommendation report is created setting out specific short-term actions for implementing the agreed priority innovation performance improvements.
